Hello, and a warm welcome to you. If you have found yourself here, you are possibly in need of some help and support, so let me tell you a little about what I can offer you:
CARE - A place where you will be heard; where you will be met with kindness and compassion; and supported when you need it most, without fear of judgement or worry of upsetting others.
SPACE - A space where you are able to drop the exhausting pretense of "I'm ok"; where you can consider what it's really like being you with the emotions and feelings you are experiencing; and space to think about what it is you want out of life.
- TIME - 50 minutes of uninterrupted time, once a week, when you can explore your situation; where you can look at the overwhelm, and break it down into baby steps if needs be, releasing the pressure a bit at a time.
When you take the opportunity to really look beneath the surface and explore your feelings and emotions, it can be a tremendous relief! Just being able to be yourself, with no filters and no frills! And, who knows, you may even find some self-compassion as you seek to live more fully and authentically, moving forward in your life.
